Maseca-tamal is “gluten free” and the masa dough is not gluten free. Chicken breast, chicken broth, lard, tomatillo, serrano peppers, onion, garlic, salt and baking powder
Includes 6 Tamales.
Instructions: Cooked tamales can be microwaved in covered container or steamed for 6-8 minutes. Uncooked tamales can be steamed from 20-25 minutes. Make sure internal temperature is 165 degrees. Double boiler: Steam for 10-15 minutes
